1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of all hosting services provided by Christian Krenn (official business name), trading as Krenny.dev (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing or using our services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.


2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • Webhosting (DirectAdmin)

  • VPS Hosting

  • Gameserver Hosting 

  • Domain registration and management

Additional services may be introduced or modified at any time.


3. Account & Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and securing your login credentials.

  • You are solely responsible for the content hosted on your services.

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


4. Payments & Billing

  • All services are prepaid.

  • Standard billing is monthly, but some products (e.g., domains) may have annual billing.

  • Services automatically renew based on the chosen billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.


5. Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided except in the following cases:

    • Verified technical failure caused by us.

    • Failure to meet our guaranteed 99% uptime SLA.

  • Refunds are not available for violations of these Terms.


6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal content or activities (e.g., pirated software, child exploitation, etc.)

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or phishing

  • Hacking, malware, or DDoS attacks

  • Copyright or trademark violations

  • Any activity that may disrupt our services or other customers

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.


7. Support

  • Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email (support@krenny.dev).

  • We do not guarantee response times but will attempt to respond as quickly as possible.


8. Service Availability & Uptime

  • We strive to provide at least 99% uptime.

  • Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause short interruptions.

  • We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers.


9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service in question.


10. Termination & Cancellation

  • You may cancel your service at any time through your client area or by contacting support.

  • Services automatically renew unless canceled.

  • We may suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms.


11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Austria. Any disputes will be handled under Austrian jurisdiction.
